I’m breaking my no-interior-covers-as-weekly post rule on account of some quality content.  Full disclosure… I’ve never actually imbibed of the Horse’s Highball, a drink so obscure that I can’t even find in a Google search.  Until recently the absinthe would have been a deterrent.  Luckily the prohibition has been lifted!  Otherwise, and perhaps more significantly, is the egg.  I’m mostly a beer drinker, myself, so I had to look up why cocktail would require an egg.  Apparently it’s to make it frothy.  Wasn’t Vic worried about Salmonella?  I hope he uses pasteurized eggs!
